Operating out of Port Saint Joe, Florida, Bruce’s Professional Guide Service offers fun and productive Gulf fishing trips. Captain Bruce Aldridge has been successfully guiding fishing trips for the past 30 years, and you can rest assured that he’ll put all that experience and knowledge to good use on your trip.

He welcomes you aboard his 25’ Sea Pro center console powered by a 250 HP Yamaha V6 4.2-liter engine. It can take up to 4 anglers fishing at the same time without tangling lines and features a GPS, a fishfinder, a VHF radio, and top-notch safety gear. It also has a fish box for your catch and a cooler for refreshments, as well as a live bait tank to keep your bait spry and appetizing.

You’ll be exploring the local waters anywhere from inshore to offshore areas, depending on your preferences and the package you choose. Get ready for some epic battles with Red Snapper, Tarpon, Speckled Trout, Kingfish, Flounder, Redfish, and many others. Bruce’s Professional Guide Service also offers specialized Sharking trips where you’ll get to target both Hammerhead and Bull.

It will usually take you around 40 minutes to reach the best fisheries. Each trip will start with catching your live bait on the way to the most productive grounds. Conventional and spinning gear are all courtesy of the charter, and fly fishing is also an option if you bring your own gear. One person can fly fish at the time.

Lures, water, licenses, and even catch cleaning are also included in the price. Just bring any food and refreshments of your choosing, some sunscreen, and an adventurous spirit!

Bruce's Professional Guide Service is owned and operated by Captain Bruce Aldridge. He has been guiding fishing trips for the past 30 years and fished professionally for 10 years. The captain has been fishing in Alabama and Florida for years and started angling when he was 17. To him, fishing is more of a lifestyle than a sport. He considers himself to be blessed for being able to do what he loves and his favorite thing about the job is putting people on fish.
