Trip Summary

It was a great weekend on Jacksonville's inshore waters, fished 4 mornings in a row despite a bit of unsettled weather with some light rain. Action for redfish has been consistent, a mix of fish from 14" to 30", they have been scattered along the intracoastal waterway as well as up in shallow water creeks. Flounder bite has increased greatly, they are mixed in with redfish in same areas, many fish in the 12" to 18" range. Deeper water has yielded both spotted seatrout and yellowmouth trout (weakfish) along with a few black drum. Great time to be on the water, cooler temps and a good bite!
