Trip Summary
It's Halloween and nothing says Halloween more than pumpkins - and by pumpkins of course I mean Redfish.
We took to Sarasota Bay at day break and spent the morning looking for Redfish along some shallow flats and structure. The tide was coming to a stop and the first hour or so was kind of slow but we still pulled in some Snook, Sheepshead, Snapper and a small Redfish or two.
Once the tide started coming in the Redfish bite really took off. Clients were catching back to back Redfish on some casts with plenty of mid-slot sized fish and some really nice over-slot Redfish. As I moved the bite down the shoreline they kept conecting with solid Redfish for the remainder of the morning and even a few more Snook and Black Drum.
