Captain Brett is hands down the best in the business. His prices can’t be beat, yet offers more than any other charter I’ve experienced. He is knowledgeable, friendly and is genuinely out there to provide his customers with the best experience. He worked with us through tropical storm Fred, as well as the recent red tide, providing a flexible schedule that worked best for us and prime fishing. He can keep a conversation and stays engaged the entire time you’re on his boat. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about our time out on the water. If it wasn’t our final day here in Florida, we would have gone back out the next day. Thank you Captain Brett!

After a really slow start, we were able to finally start reeling in some fish. Captain Bret was even worried for a while that we may get “skunked”. When we finally moved to the right spot, my son and I started reeling them in. We caught a total of 12 and had a really good time doing so.

Captain was awesome the entire time! We could tell that he genuinely felt bad because the fish just weren’t biting at all during the first hour and a half of the trip. He was doing everything possible to make sure that we started catching some fish. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and we learned some pretty cool facts.

We will definitely use Captain Bret the next time that we are in the area!

Capt Brett was amazing. From start to finish he made the trip so much fun. As we left the dock and headed to the first fishing spot he gave us some info and history on the area and pointed out a few noteworthy homes and other buildings. When we got to the first spot we started getting bites really quickly. He gave my wife a few pointers since she isn’t very experienced in fishing. We ended up landing a few really nice keepers including a permit and a Spanish mackerel. After the fishing we returned to the dock where he cleaned the fish and packaged it up for us and then told us about a really nice waterfront restaurant close by that would cook up our catch. We took his advice and the restaurant was SO good. All in all it was an amazing trip. If you’re in the St. Pete area and looking for a really knowledgeable, friendly, fun captain for a day of fishing at a really reasonable price, you can’t go wrong with Capt. My nine year old son and I went on a half day trip which took us out to the gulf and throughout the bay. Brett and Brian were determined to find us some fish to catch which we did - mackerel, Jacks, Key Westers, and others. We didn’t have a ton of fish popping the lines because of the weather and other reasons, but these guys were good at finding them and getting us some action. Thanks Brett and Brian!  We will be back!

By far the best charter I’ve been on. The price for the experience my girlfriend and I had was phenomenal. Caught over 7 different species. Got to take fish home to eat (although the restaurant that would cook them is closed due to the virus) and still made good use of them. Brett couldnt have been any more helpful than he was. Highly highly recommend. WE WILL BE BACK! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to do it again. Tight lines my friends!!
