We are very disappointed and sad to hear that we have not been able to make your day a memorable one.
However, I would like to take back with you the 3 main points regarding your complaint as we feel that it is very important for us to reply even if it is by far the worse review we got since we are in the charter business and this since 1994.

- Complaint 1 No Fish.

We know by experience that when the fish is there, everything can change from worse to first but when the fish is not there it can be very dissapointing for the guess and oftenly make a very odd feeling at the end.
Fishing is first of all an act of god and this uncertainty make our sport a very exciting one.
A sudden bite can happen at any moment but can troll for hours and days without a single one and that’s fishing.
Unfortunately we cannot guarentee that we will come back with fruitful fishing .We are actually in very low season and that the fishing activity can be very very low and can change suddenly from one day to another.
We undestand your feeling and appology for that.

- Complaint No 2 the CREW

From our point of view, we have one of the best crew in term of fishing you can find on the island,
We won oftenly important international and local tournaments namely the SIOBC 2023 which is the most important international fishing competion you can find on the island and in the indian ocean.
We released many marlins and boated one wonderful 554 pound blue marlin ( See on the web).
However, we undestand that the crew was not looking after you as they should and we appology again for this.
Our crew are made of local fishermen that knows the place better than anybody but are not the best in terms of communication we agree.
You know those guys are from their mothers language creole speaking. Thus they are oftenly very shy when you ask them to comminucate in english, I normally inform that to the guess and ask them to take this into consideration and to not hesitate to to make them confortable but cannot tell you why we did not do this with you.
This was an important omission from our part and we are totally responsible for that. and we again sincerely sorry for that,

- Complaint No. 3 The boat and its state.

We would like again to appology for that. You know we faced difficult times since the covid but still we feel that we have one of the best boat you can find on the island and at this time, everybody had faced the same problem as us.. We are passionated and responsinle fisherman that perfectly know what is meant in terms of boat fittings and maintenance.
We have plan to have the boat a complete reconditionning in September before the high season.
We are very sorry about that,

We would like again to ask you sincerely to accept our deepest appology regarding all the ponts above and would like to offer you a free of charge fishing or whale watching or dolphin watch anytime you want,
I know that this will not erase the hard time you got but at least will show you our good faith .
