Whether you’re with a group of friends and want to test your fishing skills or you want to introduce your kids to the joys of angling, Blue Water Charters is the way to go! Operating from Fort Morgan, Al to Pensacola, FL, they marry premier service with this productive fishery to bring you one of the best saltwater experiences in the Gulf of Mexico! Additionally, Captain James was nominated as 2019 Charter Captain of the year!
Captain James Bertrand invites you to join him on board one of his two boats. The first one is a 2019-edition 24’ Blazer Bay center console, and the other a 2019-edition 22’ Mako. Their design allows for easy movement from aft to fore while chasing the bite, especially useful when hooking up trophy-sized predators. They can accommodate up to 4 people.
Both boats are rigged with the latest and greatest electronics that include a Minn Kota Terrova trolling motor with Spotlock, a Lowrance 4G Radar and Lowrance Carbon 12 Chart/Sonar, Siruius XM Marine Weather, Bluetooth Stereo, Sat Phone and Personal Locator Beacon, and also padded seating all around to keep you comfortable on the water.
All the required safety equipment is found on board as safety is a priority for all of their guests.
Looking to test the waters and do some light fishing? The inshore 4-hour trip will see you go after the A-listers of inshore fishing: Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, and Flounder. For the best chance to experience the full offer the waters of Alabama have to offer, head out on the 6-hour trip.
You can hook up everything from the powerful Cobia and Amberjack to the various delicious Snapper species.
If you want to try something new, you can hit the waters close to the coast under the cover of night; the hundreds of dock lights provide an exciting opportunity to fish without the heat of the sun.
Blue Water Charters provides a premier fishing experience for all their guests!
