When you’re in the mood for a relaxing and enjoyable inshore trip, My Mojo Charters will organize an expedition you will want to repeat. Captain Matt Roberts, who will be your guide for the day, is an expert in putting people on fish and has 25 years of fishing experience in the area.
Join him for a half-day or a full-day expedition, and stay on the hot trail of Redfish and Spotted Seatrout that abound in these parts. Roam the flats and the backcountry to hook your next trophy and test your line in different fishing techniques. These fish species are not only fun to catch and challenging to reel in when they’re colossal, but they also taste good, which means that you will feast upon coming back from the trip.
Capt. Matt has a 20’ Carolina Skiff boat outfitted with a 150 HP Yamaha engine that will be your ride and fishing platform for the day. Up to 4 anglers can cast their lines at the same time and have more than enough room to fish in peace. She is light, fast, and perfectly suited for fishing in the shallows. There’s a trolling motor on board that you will use to sneak up to those spooky fish in the skinny waters, as well as a live bait well to keep your bait fresh and ready to use.
You will be using top of the range Penn rods and reels, so you don’t have to trouble yourself with bringing your own. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks, as well as lunch on longer trips. The captain will cover the fishing licenses as well, which means you only have to choose the best company, show up at the dock, and have the best time.
If your kids are excited when you mention fishing, feel free to bring them along, as long as they’re 5 and older. Remember to bring their favorite life vest and Capt. Matt will cover the safety gear for grownups.
With My Mojo Charters, it’s all about having a great time on the water and catching something you’ll want to brag about, so climb aboard and get fishing!
