Join Quiet Waters Fishing on an unforgettable journey through Sarasota’s pristine backcountry flats, inlets, rivers, and inshore waters. Captain Brian Boehm is a local expert when it comes to understanding fish habitats, so you can count on him to show you around some of the most productive waters in the area.
Your boat for the day is a 17’ Maverick Mirage flats, powered by a 90 HP Yamaha engine, and equipped with a fishfinder, GPS, and safety gear. It hosts up to 3 guests per trip, including children ages 5 and up, making it great for both full and half-day trips.
You’ll mainly stay within one mile inshore, where you can choose from a variety of techniques using light tackle to spin, drift, or even fly fish if you’re really up for a challenge. Get ready to target some impressive species like Redfish as they feed off the bottom of the shallow waters around the Sarasota Bay and surrounding grass flats.
You’ll also come face-to-gill with the mighty Tarpon, as he jumps in and out of the water trying to break free from the line. The “Silver King” is known for its acrobatic showmanship and is really quite a sight to watch! Just please keep in mind that the captain strictly practices catch and release on all species.
Quiet Waters also has exciting night fishing trips targeting Snook under the dock lights. These trips are action-packed and great because few people are out fishing at this time and you can easily see all the fish due to the lights.
Top-quality rods, reels, tackle, and fly fishing equipment are included, as well as lures and live bait. Your fishing license will also be provided for you, so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy fishing without worrying about any of the paperwork.
Capt. Brian is dedicated to putting you on the fish of your dreams. He will accommodate your trip based on your preferences and ensures a safe and enjoyable time on his boat. Make Sarasota, Florida your next destination and book a trip with Quiet Waters Fishing today!
