If I could give a 10 star review, I would!  They are super knowledgeable and so friendly! They know how to find the fish and get them to the boat!  They worked tirelessly the entire day to put us on tuna and sailfish.  The boat was very nice and comfortable.  Nice little potty down below. They helped make arrangements for our pick up and drop off.  They provided drinks and sandwiches on the boat.  They fileted a tuna we caught, put it on ice, and later made us sashimi with soy and wasabi right there on the boat! An absolutely spectacular group of men! We had such a great time, we booked another charter with them later in the week.

I have been offshore fishing a long time off the coast of Florida so I know a lot about the process of offshore and I am very picky and detailed oriented when it comes to fishing but these guys were awesome! First off, this boats layout is great. We had 5 people along with 2 crew mates and the captain and there was still plenty of room. They had lots of food and drinks for us. We headed out and caught some Bonita for bait within 10 minutes and then headed to the fishing grounds. We ran across a giant school of tuna and porpoises and decided to start live baiting the Bonita to the tuna. Within 2 minutes an absolute monster yellowfin (crew said 200lbs) grabbed a bonita and peeled 50 yards off the reel in a few seconds and then the line snapped. Live baited until all the Bonita died and switched to trolling. Caught 2 30lb tuna in about an hour and decided to switch up for billfish. Within the first 30 second had a sailfish start hound the teaser and picked up the pitch bait but just ripped it off the hook. An hour later, hooked up to another 30lb yellowfin but unfortunately looked like it bit right through the leader. The billfish today kept short striking every single bait we had but the crew kept trying. We ended up with 7 sailfish in the spread for the day and caught 1 after he hit both teasers, the short bait and then got hooked on the shotgun. All in all, the crew did an amazing job getting us on the fish but the fish were just not cooperating too well with all the short strikes but hey that’s fishing! Had a great time with them and hope to be back with the same crew again!

We had two great experiences (both Full Day trips) with the Luminare a few days apart. Very professional captain and crew. Captain Pedro contacted me two weeks before the trip to get an idea of our expectations, arranged a cab for us to get from the condo to the beach, and contacted me two days before to make sure we were ready.

He and his crew were very professional and great with my teenage kids. We caught several nice sailfish and MANY Mahi/Yellowfin Tuna. Had some beautiful fresh sashimi on the boat on our second trip after catching tuna. Very memorable trips all around for us, and I would HIGHLY recommend the Luminare!  We will definitely use them again if we go back!

My wife and I fished on a private Charter with Luminaire in February of 2024. We have to say pedro the captain and Andy his co-captain along with his two mates were exceptionally attentive and a great group of people to go fishing with. They know their craft and they know how to get you on the fish yet they provide a very wonderful experience for the day. We were out for the day caught sailfish and yellowfin tuna and capped It Off by having mate Eddie make us fresh Sashimi on the boat. What a perfect day with a perfect crew!
We will be back for more trip in a few moths!!

We had a great time. It was a slow fishing day but the crew worked overtime trying everything they could to get fish to the boat. Sailfish was slow so we transitioned to tuna. The tuna bite was a struggle but we manged to catch some fish. The crew was amazing. After we finished tuna fishing, the crew served up some fresh sashimi, it was awesome. Sometimes fishing can be slow and that is fishing. The difference is how the crew responds, and this crew was second to none. They worked hard to make sure our experience was a good one. Will book again!
