Green Heron Adventures invites you to share a personalised fishing adventure in the expansive and beautiful inshore waterways of South Carolina’s Low Country. This unique saltwater fishery is teaming with life and offers fishing opportunities year around for both light tackle and fly fishing anglers.

While Capt. Rob specializes in sight fishing our shallow flats for Red Drum (Redfish), he also enjoys fishing for many other fish species available in the area. Other species can include Speckled Sea Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Jack Crevalle, and Tripletail. Capt. Rob enjoys fishing with anglers of all experience levels and welcomes kids.

Some of the most unique and exciting fishing in the Low Country often happens in our shallowest waters. To access these areas Capt. Rob operates a 2020 Beryllium Flats Skiff custom built for fishing in the Low Country. The boat can accommodate up to 3 anglers for light tackle trips, and two anglers for fly fishing trips.

Capt. Rob can meet clients in Hilton Head, Bluffton and Beaufort, South Carolina. Licenses, fishing gear, dry storage and all safety gear is provided. A cooler with ice will also be provide on request. Personal soft-sided coolers are welcome as well.

It is recommended that anglers bring a bag with drinks, snacks, sunglasses, sun protection and an extra layer during cooler weather. Capt. Rob primarily practices catch and release on his trips but he can tailor your trip to bringing home dinner if that is your goal.
