Anglers of all ages, come and have a great day fishing with Captain Andrew, a fourth-generation fisherman. If you want an experienced, local captain to show you great fishing spots from Port Aransas to Baffin Bay, look no further than Capt. Andrew Lassiter’s Fishing Charter.
His bay boat, a 25’ Haynie, will comfortably take 4 anglers who can all fish at the same time. Fitted with GPS and a fishfinder, as well as a wireless trolling motor so you can sneak up on fish, the boat has everything you’ll need for a productive day on the water.
Capt. Andrew specializes in light tackle and drift fishing and his day trips are all about going after species like Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish and Spotted Seatrout. Waterloo rods and Shimano reels, live bait and lures are always ready and waiting for you on the boat. And if you want your catch cleaned, he will do that for you after the trip.
All you have to do is make sure you get your fishing license before the trip. It costs under $15 for one day. You’ll also want to have hats, sunscreen and sunglasses when out on the water. A day of fishing has a way of whetting your appetite so do be sure to bring plenty of food and drinks.
Everyone is more than welcome! Kids of all ages will have a great time on this outing and life jackets are provided for them – just show up with what you need for the day and start fishing!
