Set out to have a memories making fishing trip with my 11yr old son. And that’s exactly what we got!  Capt Jon was great! He took care of all my son’s gear and helped him out to figure out how to cast the line. By the end of the trip my son was casting the line like a pro. And that’s not all, with one of those cast, he hooked on a huge barracuda and brought it into the boat all by himself!! He’ll never forget that!! Instant fisherman for life!!! Thanks Capt Jon, I’m already looking forward for next year to come out again!!

Spending the morning fishing with Jon was so much fun!  He immediately took us to a spot where the fish were biting. And biting on a regular basis! Our catch landed us way more than we could manage to eat for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed Jon’s company on the trip. His expertise, humor, and passion for his craft definitely contributed to our enjoyment of the excursion.

Booked a half day trip with Reel Attack Charters for my son’s 12th birthday. Captain Jon had us on fish right away. I think we had 6 or 7 different species all together and had enough keepers for dinner that night. I would definitely recommend Capt Jon Costanzo, my son had a blast and is still talking about the trip.

Jon took my wife and I out for. 3/4 day trip. We easily caught 40-50 fish each! Being from the west coast they were all species we’ve never caught before. Everything was prepped and ready to go when we arrived. Jon was knowledgeable and attentive, when the bite slowed we moved. When a fish swallowed the hook Jon took over and handed over another rod ready to go, no wasted time. While we didn’t set out to target shark, we had a black-tip swim by and Jon was ready with the heavy gear to take our chance. We didn’t get the black-tip but we hooked a big nurse shark that I got to the boat, another first! When we were done Jon filleted our fish and suggested a restaurant that would prepare it for us, catch to cook in no time super fresh! Fishing was hot so we didn’t take a ton of pictures but Jon did take pictures along the way and sent them to us after we left. Overall the exact trip we were looking for for our 1st keys experience! I would definitely HIGHLY recommend captain Jon and Reel Attack!

I’m not sure where to begin, this charter was for my wife’s birthday. She loves to fish but is challenged with different rigs and techniques no mater if we are in fresh or saltwater. Jon was awesome where I get beyond frustrated in trying to explain types of rigs, bait, techniques and answering all her questions. Any fisher-person will know you have okay, good, great, absolutely assume and zero days. In short at one point we had to take a break. Every bait that hit the water got hit. We made a choice to move locations to try and get into a different species. That move didn’t work but was our choice. WE HAD A GOOD FISH DAY!
