Captain Rich made our first charter a memory of a lifetime! Captain Rich contacted me the night before and gave me a breakdown of what to bring and to when we arrived at marina. The morning of our trip he contacted me to let’s know that if the weather picks up we might have to fish in the Bay, and if that would be ok with us.
CPT Rich picked us up and off we went weather was cooperative. I asked Captain for two thing. First was that my son gets to catch fish and if I can get a picture of a dolphin for my daughter…. I was a happy Dad. My son caught the most fish and the most keepers Sheepheads and Groupers. We also got to see a school of barracuda. It looked like 100 of then chasing bait but not biting. On they way in we fished the Bay just to have a chance to see dolphins. We caught fish by the Skyway Bridge and the best was seeing dolphins so close you could almost touch them. Kid caught fish and I got my picture of dolphin for my daughter. Was
a Perfect day for me!

Captain Rich made the trip enjoyable with his friendly personality. It was like being out with a friend. He won me over when he put my son to work.

This was by far the best trip we have been on to date.  Captain Rich was able to put us on fish the moment we got to our location.  The boat was very clean and yes ladies, it does have a bathroom as well as some shade if you need it. We packed our snacks and lunch for the day but were so busy catching fish, having some beverages,  and chatting it up with Captain Rich that we never got around to eating anything until we got back to the marina.  I would highly recommend this trip for all ages.  I look forward to going again in July and hoping to be able to book an 8 hour trip because 6 just wasn’t enough!  Cheers to a great time Captain Rich!!!  Although Sean may have caught the largest, I caught the most :) Just wanted to make sure I documented that to keep the competition alive!

We were out with Captain Rich for a solid day of fishing with friends.  Two couples, with limited experience, we were made to feel comfortable and at home.  We brought our own food and drink, and all appreciated the comfortable boat - clean and with a nice head.  The Captain was very willing and able to support our specific requests, and did so with a jovial attitude.  Nature favored us on our outing with everyone catching keepers, and our captain cleaned and filleted them upon return to port for easy transfer home for later consumption.  All went as planned with on time pickups and returns, and no time wasted on the water.  We highly recommend their outfit.

It was a cold morning, but that didn’t stop us from getting out there and having a great time! Captain Rich was very communicative, and even let us get a late start to avoid a cold, windy morning. His son Scotty was a great addition to the trip, and helped us out with our lines. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or anyone looking to fish with experts while having great conversation. We also were able to bring a cooler of beer and the Captain was very accommodating to all of our needs. They do all the work for you, it’s amazing! See you next year!

First and foremost Captain Rich was awesome.  Very knowledgeable, personable and accommodating.  He made sure my wife and I were on the fish at the very 1st location.  We caught a variety of fish and he explained each one to us.  We caught our share of keeper Sheepshead (which is what we after), as well, several away-s.  One to a very voracious Dolphin who took the fish just as we were about to boat it.  Thank you to Captain Rich and Scotty J’s Charters for a great time.  We will be back, Bruce & Cheryl!!
