Trip Summary

The day was clear and sunny, cool but not cold, yet windy from the east. We found redfish in quantity near some rocks. After trying, unsuccessfully, for nearly an hour and a half using live shrimp and lures we headed for more hungry fish. These were not biting. Near a small island we found a variety of fish, snook, trout and redfish. These were hungry and My new friend Terry from Minnesota got into the action. We got our " bay slam" with some sheepshead for dessert. All caught free lining live shrimp.
