Having fished local waters for 50 years, I wanted for the first time to catch some of the exotic species.  It was a trying day, the fish were very cantankerous, but, after some needed coaching on techniques, voila, success- very nice snakeheads!!  The Captain is a home-grown Chokoloskee-born sportsman.  And contrary to some other experiences I have had with some charters, delightful to chat with and trade stories, both fish and general topics!!  I will fish him many more times.  One more snakehead venture, and maybe some time on Lake Ida, another one of the Captain’s specials.  Fresh snakehead in the air fryer tonight-plenty of salt and pepper, whiten the filets with flour, then wet down with avocado oil until surface is saturated, and cook in air-fryer until brown (works with all types of fish, less oily, and tasty (salt and the fat makes everything tasty!!)  Great day!!!

Last min wanted to get out and see what Florida fresh water scene was all about on a short time frame spoke to the capt and immediately knew this was the right person.  Capt Jordan understood the tight time frame coordinated a cuatome plan and very thorough with a plan and logistically squared away. Capt had top of the line equipment and very knowledgeable and knew where the bite was. I would highly recommend capt Jordan to any one that would love to get a taste of good fishing and scenery

We had a great fishing excursion in the canal system around Margate! Jordan was very knowledgeable, and led us to some nice snakehead, peacock bass and largemouth bass. We’ll go out again for sure.

The booking was immediate and we were really impressed with the communication. Captain Jordan was nice and put us right on the fish. We have never caught or seen that many fish in one day! We plan on returning someday soon
