Your journey begins on a restored 23’ Majek Skiff center console powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine with room for up to 4 people. The boat’s rigged with a complete navigation system for smooth and safe sailing and it features a wireless trolling motor, an ice-box, and a livewell. What’s also great about this boat is that persons in wheelchairs can easily come aboard.
The variety of fishing locations is wide – you can fish inshore, offshore, reefs, flats, as well as rivers and the backcountry. The selection of species is also great. You’ll be targeting Redfish, Snapper, King Mackerel, Black Drum, and many more. Captain Thomas uses both light and heavy tackle. He’ll show you how to troll and spin.
All the fishing gear’s included in the price, meaning rods, reels, terminal tackle, lures, and live bait. You’ll only have to bring fishing licenses. If you decide to keep your catch, the captain will gladly clean and fillet it for you. Kids are always welcome on his trips so feel free to bring them along.
