My husband & I booked this trip to take our kids on during spring break and we had a blast we caught several fish and we laughed and cut up. Not one time did they look at the clock to see if our time was up at the end of the day we ask what time it was and they had no clue until they looked they were all about fishing and help us making sure we had a good time!!!! They are very kid friendly as well my daughter who is 5 had a blast and loved them and my son that is 12 has a blast and bought some of the fish he has always wanted to catch!!! I highly recommend them and we will be back!!!!!!! They did everything perfect and they couldn’t have done anything else to make sure we had an amazing time🐠

Capt. Rex was FANTSTIC!!!!  Great guide service.  Extremely knowledgeable and friendly.  Felt like we were fishing with a friend.  Put us on the Bull Reds and other dun fish to catch.  Made everyone on the boat feel special and important.  We created memories of a LIFETIME!!!  That was better than the catch,  and the catch was great!!!
Thank you for the great trip,  we will recommend you to everyone we know and we will be back.  Probably for a new Thanksgiving tradition.

Went out with Captain Tanner Baggett this afternoon and caught my first Redfish, a 34.5 inch beauty. Then caught my second bull Red about 5 minutes after that. Then it was Katie bar the door time because the Bulls started chomping and I ended up landing 8 total, largest being 38.5 inches and the first was the shortest at 34.5. Had several 37 and 37.5 inch fish and one 38.0. Also caught a smaller Black Tip shark and a few Catfish. Great trip overal. We just had to wait for the tide to start going out and the current flipped the switch to on. Tanner knew exactly where to be and what to do to catch the big ones! Thanks for a great trip Captain Tanner! Looking forward to going out again someday soon.

This was our first time in Texas and decided to book a last minute charter with 2 reel charters, based off their stellar reviews from previous customers. Let me tell you, they did not let us down. I’ll start off with communication, which they made so easy and made me feel I made the right choice. Captain Tanner was supposed to be our Captain but he reached out the night before and said the morning bite wasn’t that great and asked if we wanted to switch to the afternoon. We of course switched because we trusted the Captains input, and I was very impressed because they were putting our experience above them making money. This meant we had to switch Captains to Captain Rex. This guy made the experience that much better! Rex was extremely personable from the jump and was 100 percent working to make our experience the best ever. Rex was great and ended up getting us on a shark bite because the Red fish bite wasn’t heating up, which wasn’t even what we signed up for but were more than excited to experience and ended up landing some. We also caught several species of fish and got a decent amount of keepers which Rex professionally filleted for us at the end of our trip. Rex also extended the trip, free of charge just to give us more opportunities to catch great fish…and we did! I hate and rarely write reviews unless I had a crappy experience or a great one…and this was a great one! If you’re ever in the Galveston/Houston area and want to have a great experience fishing, please use 2 reel charters…I know we will again! Thank you.

Had a great trip out with Captain Rex. We really got into some Sea Trout this afternoon. First time fishing them and man was it a blast. Captain Rex did a great job finding them and after a few caught on live bait we switched over to spoons and just wore them out for a good long while. My first Sea Trout ever was a 16 inches. My second one was 26 1/2 inches. Beautiful fish. I let him go but caught a bunch and kept a one man limit of good size eaters. Rex recommended a local resturant that would cook them up, so after the trip that’s where we went. Had them prepared three ways, Grilled, Blackened and Fried. Outstanding all three ways. What a way to end a great day with many memories made and a new fishing buddy discovered. I will definitely be back. Great Job Captain Rex!
