Everything went smoothly dealing with Sea Star.  As soon as I booked my outing I was contacted and any questions I had were answered.  I was met on time the morning of my trip and taken straight to the waiting boat.  The crew was very professional and everything was attended to, fom bait prep to the equipment,  lunch and cleaning the catch.  The sailfish were there and we could see them coming out of the water.  The captain chased them but in the end I had an experience and caught two Dorado and a Black Tuna.  Will book again with them if I return.

No issues with either the boat or crew. Boat is a little underpowered but that would be my only complaint. 200HP Yamaha couldn’t get it on a plane to get anywhere, even with 4 fishermen and 1 of the 2 crew sitting on the bow.

Fishing was very slow for the first 6 hours, and started catching the last two.

We hit several different areas, guides communicated pretty well. I do wish they would have pushed back when they asked what we wanted to target, and i told them sails, as conditions apparently weren’t good for that (according to locals i spoke to after the trip)

Slow time of the year, but still able to catch some fish before heading back home. We were provided a cooler fool of beer and drinks, and given fresh fruit during the day. Captain and crew were great getting tackle swapped out, would love to come back a different season and go out again

We are so thankful we chose this crew for our half day fishing expedition. They were extremely kind and encouraging to all three of my sons. My middle son caught a huge sailfish! My other two sons caught a black tuna and Mahi Mahi! They served up the caught Mahi to us with pineapple, chips, and salsa. Very tasty! Be sure to book your trip with these friendly guys.
