You’ll meet Captain Jeff in Ucluelet, and from there head out to some of the best spots in the area. Pick a day and have a lovely time fishing!
Your trip will start on a 24’ Bayliner heated cabin cruiser that can accommodate 4 anglers. It’s powered by a 350 HP Chevrolet engine with a maximum cruising speed of 30 knots. The boat features a full washroom, flybridge, a wireless trolling motor, and an ice-box. Apart from comprehensive navigation electronics, the boat’s also equipped with downriggers.
The species you and the captain will target are Chinook and Coho Salmon, Crab, Prawn, Lingcod, Halibut, and Rockfish. To attract them, you can use a variety of techniques. They include bottom and deep sea fishing, trolling, spinning, jigging, as well as drift, fly, and handline fishing. You can use both light and heavy tackle. You’ll be keeping your catch and you’re welcome to bring children on your trip.
Captain Jeff will clean and fillet your catch. Bring some food and drinks before you depart, and also don’t forget your licenses.
