Miss Fitz Fishing Charter is a locally-owned charter based in Jupiter, Florida. Captain Omar Qadir grew up fishing out of the Jupiter Inlet and has spent the last 16 years running charters. His vast knowledge of the local waterways and fisheries will guarantee you a great and productive time. He has a U.S. Coastguard 100-ton Master Captain’s license and has fished all over the world. If you’re looking for a fun day of fishing with a safe local guide, look no further!
Your adventure will take place on a restored 31’ Michael Fitz center console. It runs on twin 300 HP Suzuki engines, uses full-featured navigation electronics, and can sit up to 5 guests. She comes equipped with outriggers and a livewell to give you the edge when fishing. And there’s also an ice box to store your catch once hooked aboard.
Using light and heavy tackle, you can bottom fish, deep sea fish, troll, spin, fly fish, and kite fish. Some of the species you can target are Mahi Mahi, Blue Marlin, Blackfin Tuna, Yellowtail Snapper, Snook, and Bull Shark, depending on where you head. You’re welcome to catch to enjoy a delicious feast with your loved ones after the day is done. Kids are free to come aboard, so bring them as well and spend a fun-filled day in nature with your family.
The captain provides all the rods, reels, tackle, licenses, as well as a catch cleaning and filleting service. Before you depart, you’ll just need to sort out some bait and any food and drinks you like.
