Decide to go with Captain Colby and glad we did. We came in to town for my wife’s birthday and she wanted to go fishing. Captain Colby even before the trip reached out the day before the trip making sure we were good to go making sure we knew where to go what to do and what to bring. The fishing was pretty good and ended up catching 5 reds ranging from 22 inches to 28 inches along with a flounder and a oversized black drum that we had to put back. Our party had a great time and will be coming back.

We had a great time with Colby! He genuinely is a guide whose desire is for you to be satisfied with your experience- not like the others who may just be money-driven. The first day we went out, the weather was not the best and no one in the area was catching, so Colby very kindly and generously offered to reschedule our trip after two hours on the water. On the second trip, we were catching left and right- limiting out on trout and black drum. He is young, but he is extremely knowledgeable and for us (two college students) it made the experience even better to be hanging out with someone closer to our age. We definitely recommend Colby and have already been telling our friends about him. A very easy 5 stars to give!

My teenage sons and I were in Rockport for spring break and scheduled a fishing trip with 2K Fishing Addiction. The communication before the trip was great. We spoke a few times before the trip and he called with a fishing report the evening before our trip. Cpt Colby was absolutely awesome! We went out to fish near some jetty’s when the wind picked up. The waves got to be a little much and he took us back in. Unfortunately, the fish that were biting weren’t keepers. He showed us they were all over the fish finder, but with the cold front moving in, the big ones just didn’t make an appearance—nothing against Cpt Colby, he took us to the fish, the fish just didn’t cooperate, lol. After coming back in from the jetty’s, I was feeling pretty sea sick. Cpt Colby dropped me close to our vehicle and took my boys back out to finish the 2 hours left. My boys had a blast! Cpt Colby truly went above and beyond to make sure we had fun, even if the keeper fish weren’t biting. He treated my boys like they were his buddies and not like they were an annoyance. Cpt Colby may be younger than your average fishing guide, but he’s been working with his dad’s fishing business so he’s not lacking in knowledge or experience. He also suggested a few restaurants in the Rockport area that were more known to the locals— delicious and much appreciated. I would 100% recommend 2K Fishing Addiction with Cpt Colby for any experience level and whatever fishing you’re going for!

We had a great fishing experience with Colby. He was very attentive to our needs and requests. I let him know that it was my granddaughter’s first saltwater fishing trip and I wanted to show her a good time. Colby went out of his way to make sure she enjoyed the experience and boy did she. All she talks about now is how she caught the biggest fish on the trip. Thank you Colby for helping us build memories with our granddaughter.

Fishing with Colby was awesome!! He looks like a young kid but let me tell you he has been doing this for years because his experience with the fishing is crazy. We left port Aransas at 7 sharp and where back In 3 hours I had told him “Colby we have caught to many I’m getting burnt out” never thought I would ever say that. It had felt like every time I casted my rod I had a fish. Colby by far is your choice of a captain to go with I will forever use Capt-Colby!! If I could rate him higher than a 5 trust me I would.
