An amazing day on the water. Weather conditions were pretty abysmal in the early morning on the Jetty but Captain Mike was able to switch into gear for us to drift for Sharks where we found early success on some fine tooth sharks and some keeper blacktips. Once we had our fun we made our way back to the Jetty to more favorable weather. Captian was able to get us on some sheepshead and Specks for an end to a great trip. Captain Mike was a great guide and a very easy going person. I highly recommend his guide services and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Mike will put you on the fish and coach you on how to catch them. It was a great time for me, my buddy and our two sons (4 & 5 years old) We were thrilled to catch 6 different species of fish and two different species of shark! Some of our highlights include catching a 30lb crevalle jack that gave us a heck of a fight, sheepshead that are excellent for eating, a 6 foot shark that I forgot the name of. If it lives in the bay, Mike’s gonna find it for you and do all he can to ensure a great time. Highly recommended!

Booked a trip With Captain Mike!

I’ll be honest, his rig isn’t the best looking or biggest rig out there, nor does it have a Bimini top to protect you from the elements.
However what I can tell you is that Captain Mike is knowledgeable and can put you in fish!!! Where other captains were only catching smaller drums, Mike put us on a variety of species? Even landing a jack fish and shark within 30 minutes of eachother during days end.
I would book with him again. Due to the fact that his inviting and knowledgeable about the waters and fishes.

It was fantastic fishing! Captain Mike was very proactive and flexible and was in contact with us about moving days to avoid some pretty bad winds. His boat was well maintained and had a brand new 250hp outboard that got us quickly to our spot by the channel jetty where we started catching almost immediately. He provided live shrimp bait and we caught a couple bull reds, black drum, and many more. He filleted them for us as we wanted at the end of the trip and even gave us a sheepshead he had caught earlier that day. An amazing day on the water!

Excellent day on the water as Capt. Mike took us to both the North and South jetties with good results both places.  Had 5 of us total and everyone caught plenty of fish including catfish, black drum, sheepshead, red drum (several huge ones!) and even one spinner shark!.  Capt. Mike made sure everyone had a good time.  This trip was for 5hrs where most charters only go out for 4hrs for same price.  Best deal around!  Thanks Mike!
