Welcome to TWT Fishing Charters and their boat the "L&T". Capt. Murray will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing.

They run one trip a day so you are their only guest and sole focus for that trip. Their goal is to maximize your opportunity to relax, refresh and enjoy the Land of Pleasant Living. Together with the captain, you will discuss and agree on the plan for your adventure aboard the L&T.

What makes TWT different from most Bay Charters? The answer is mobility. The L&T is 28’ boat with twin 200 HP engines to cover more water faster to get on the bite. The L&T has a custom-built trailer for moving her to the Susquehanna Flats to the Bay Bridge Tunnel and to Ocean City for offshore fishing.

Moving the L&T to different ports and ramps on the Bay gives you access to more water and maximizes the opportunities to Rockfish, Cobia, Red Drum, Speckled Trout and several other species. When in Ocean City MD they fish offshore for Tuna, Mahi, White Marlin and Wahoo.

All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. All that’s up to you is to use it as best you can. When it comes to fishing licenses, everything will be taken care of by the captain so you don’t have to worry about it.

You’re welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip. Capt. Murray runs trips together with his first mate, who’s there to help you with whatever you may need. Tips are always appreciated for a job well done.

This is a special opportunity to experience up close and see the beauty of the salt marsh and tidal creeks of the Lower Chesapeake Bay. The 16' Jon Boat with a 25 HP engine is the perfect platform for this type of fishing. We are constantly moving zig-zagging our way through the Salt Marsh and Tidal Creeks. The captain knows where the deep holes are that hold fish.

    4 Guest Max. The offshore Fishing Charter is for our guests that want an adventure on the Big Water looking for a chance to land a fish of a lifetime. The Captain monitors the weather/wind & wave/swell forecast for safety and comfort. You will be instructed how to set the lines in the water, keep lines clear of debris and retrieve lines where we are fishing a fish. On this trip, our Guests are expected to actively participate in helping the Captain. 1 Week advance notice on booking.

Captain Murray: - Started fishing the Chesapeake Bay at age 5 and never stopped. - Expert in he techniques of light tackle jigging, live lining and trolling for the fish of the Chesapeake Bay. - Worked on 2 Charter Boats as 1st Mate for over 10 years and over 1,200 trips - Knows where to find and catch the fish that visit the Chesapeake Bay according to the time of year. - Has the experience and knowledge of where and how to catch fish offshore. Basically the techniques and strategies are very similar to how you fish the Chesapeake Bay but requires equipment designed to withstand the fight of big game fish. - Accumulated over 55 years of experience on the water gives you the best chance to have a successful day on the water.
