While visiting Hilton Head, I was looking for someone to help me expand on my knowledge of inshore fishing. After considering all the reviews, I booked with Hilton Head Inshore. Captain Thomas is a vibrant, enthusiastic, knowledgeable local who knows the waters wells. His simple and effective approach to reading the tides, finding red and black drum left me feeling confident I could find my own when I get back home. Anyone considering a charter in HH should give Thomas a try, you will not be disappointed.

I’m a native of NC and am familiar with fishing for bass in the lakes near our home.  This was the first Hilton Head Inshore fishing experience for not only me but also my wife.  We had so much fun!!  Captain Thomas was prompt, courteous, personable and extremely knowledgeable of the right locations and methods to catch fish.  My wife caught the first fish within 60 seconds of the first cast!  I was on a fish maybe a minute later.  We did a 2 hour charter and easily caught 20 redfish and black drum.  My wife was disappointed that I didn’t reserve a 3 or 4 hour slot.  She had a lot of fun and talked about how much she enjoyed the trip all afternoon.  This is a great couples or family outing.  We’ve already recommended Captain Thomas to our family and friends.  We will definitely book again on the next trip to Hilton Head.  If you are on the fence, stop waiting and sign up now.  You will enjoy the experience!!

Captain adjusted our start time for the day based on what he felt like was the best tide to fish and it certainly paid off. You can tell when someone knows the area really well and Captain Thomas definitely does. We caught more fish than expected and took home just the right amount to feed a hungry family of four dinner that night. There’s no way to express just how much we enjoyed our day fishing. Great weather, wonderful captain guiding us, and pretty much an unstop action. All of that surrounded by beautiful scenery was just unbeatable. Highly highly recommended.

We had a wonderful day on the water with Captain Tom.  He was so knowledgable of the waters and we fished several locations.  Being novices, we had to rely on Tom to bait and cast our lines, which he gladly did.  My son and I each caught 2 Redfish and he also caught a black drum and a ray.  It was a great 3 hours fishing the inland waterway.
