You’ll head out on the Mystery Bay – a 60’ custom-built commercial boat, accommodating up to 28 people. With a large, covered deck, an enclosed toilet with running fresh water, and a kitchen and BBQ facilities, the boat has everything you need for a day out on the sea. The vessel has a walkaround platform, offering 360-degree visibility perfect for spotting whales and dolphins on your way to the fishing grounds.
The boat is equipped with all the navigational electronics and quality tackle you need for a successful fishing trip. Skipper Ravi will provide you with rods and reels, as well as a range of artificial lures. He’ll be happy to clean and fillet your catch for you, so you can take it home for a delicious dinner.
Deep sea fishing around the Sydney Harbour and beyond can be both varied and exciting. You could be bottom fishing, trolling or using light tackle to target species such as Flathead, Nannygai, Morwong, Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, and Shark. Your guide will give you all the instructions you need to hone your fishing skills.
All you need to think about is bringing comfortable clothing, snacks, and a cool box. Catering can be provided at an extra cost: ask for details when making your booking. Pickup can be arranged from a variety of harbours, these being Elliot St Wharf, Balmain, Rose Bay Wharf, King Street Wharf, Star Casino Wharf, and Mosman Bay Ferry Wharf.
