You’ll be accompanied by Captain Shane Smetak, an experienced captain who has a vast knowledge of the local fishery. The boat you’ll be fishing from is an 17’ pathfinder tunnel hull skiff, ideal for getting to all the hard to reach places that the target fish may choose to hide at. To further help with this task, while keeping your noise output minimal, the boat also has a wireless trolling motor and a polling platform. The vessel’s powered bu a 60 HP mercury 4 stroke outboard.
The trips have been designed in such a way to provide an option to anglers of all experience levels. If you’re new to the sport, the captain will gladly provide you with a taste of local fishing, introducing you to the various techniques and species targeted using them. You’ll be fully equipped with top-notch rods, reels, lures and anything else you might need to land a catch worth bragging about.
Experienced anglers and specialized fly fishers are also more than welcome and are sure to find a challenge they can get excited about aboard one of the full-day trips. These offer anglers the opportunity to test your skills to the fullest as they challenge the power of the Silver King itself.
