On this trip, I invited my coworker and his wife to join me on what would be their very first offshore fishing trip. Captain Hector and his crew took very good care of us for the entire trip. During this (6 HR) trip, we learned that Captain Hector teams up with this brother (also a captain of another fishing boat) to scout for the best fishing in the areas. It worked!! I felt like we caught everything that the Caribbean had to offer us. We caught an Amberjack, several small bonito, 3 monster bonito, 1 bull shark, 3 big King Mackerel, and 1 barracuda. It turned out to be a cooler full of fish and three exhausted fishermen. None of this could have happened without the amazing crew. Arturo greeted us at the entry to the pier and led us to the boat that was ready to launch as soon as we stepped on. He constantly asked us if we needed anything to ensure that we were always comfortable for the entire trip. He told us all about the local fishing and what we could expect during the current season for fish to catch. He also filmed and took pics which he shared after our trip was over. Omar is a very experienced fisherman and he coached us as we reeled in our fish. He worked hard to ensure that every fish that was reeled in was gaffed and brought onboard to toss into the cooler. He made offshore fishing seem very easy. Andres was the youngest crew member and it was said that he was the one bringing the good luck to our fishing trip. That young man remained hard working on our fishing lines, making sure that baits, lines and rods were always properly adjusted and IN THE WATER. Together, the crew kept 6 or 7 lines busy in the water as we trolled the area. I’ve never done this offshore, so I didn’t realize how effective it is for attracting and catching fish. I still can’t believe how great of a day we had CATCHING FISH. This is going to be a hard trip to beat in the future, but I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of fishing in Cancun to book a 6+ hour trip with this group. I can’t wait to do this again, and hopefully with this same crew. Thank you, again, Captain Hector, Arturo, Omar and Andres!! The best memories were made!!

The water was a bit rocky even for an experience fisherman, easily 6ft swells, but that didn’t stop us or the crew.  The boat was perfect and the crew and captain were amazing.  They put us on a sailfish (which is what we wanted to catch) within the first 30mins.  We had an amazing battle and unfortunately the sailfish won at the very end when it was next to the boat. Despite not getting the sailfish in the boat we still landed other fish and had a great time. We would absolutely use this charter again.

My wife and I had a great time! The boat is exceptionally clean, comfortable, plenty of seating, good restroom and performed well. Stable smooth ride out, we trolled and caught plenty of Bonita for bait. Caught my PB barracuda, we were looking for better table faring fish but the fish just were not there. The crew tried multiple methods to get us on other fish. The crew was extremely attentive and informational with great communication skills. Arturo and Omar are great deck hands. I really enjoyed visiting with them and watching them prepare baits.

We will be back in the fall to target sailfish. I highly recommend this charter.

Had a great day on the water with the crew and captain!!  Super friendly!!  Would definitely recommend these guys!!  Put us on fish pretty much right away.  Think we end up catching like 12 or so barracuda and at the end they fillet them right in front and you can take as much as you want.  Walked right up to the near by restaurant and had a fresh caught meal with what we caught.  AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Enjoyed a great six-hour trip with Captain Hector and his crew - Arturo and Omar.  They provided an excellent experience for us.  One of the best fishing trips we’ve taken.  Caught a nice number and variety of fish.  Family-friendly and patient with novice fishermen.  Captain Hector was also very helpful at the time of booking, providing detailed information on payment, how to get to the marina, and reliable local transportation.  Highly recommend and will definitely book again the next time we come to Cancun.
