Cop-Out-Charters’ fun and friendly captain, Abe Aksal, has one goal – for you to have a memorable day on the water that you’ll love telling all your friends about! Departing out of Riviera Beach, Florida, you’ll have fish-filled waters right at your fingertips.
After retiring in 2016 from public service, Capt. Abe decided to embark on a new adventure – running his own fishing charter. He’s an excellent teacher, with over 40 years of fishing experience behind him, and loves informing novice anglers and kids about anything they want to know.
You’ll fish aboard your captain’s 25’ Bluewater sportfishing center console, which can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. She’s powered by a single 250 HP Yamaha engine, and is equipped with all the necessary navigational gear. This includes GPS, a VHF radio, and a fishfinder for locating the hottest bite around!
This vessel is also decked out with a porta-potty toilet, safety jackets, an icebox to keep your catch fresh, and a live bait tank. Interested in exploring these waters from beneath? You’ll find snorkeling gear available on board, too.
Capt. Abe does it all: inshore, nearshore, wrecks, reefs, and offshore, so you’ee sure to find a trip to perfectly suit your needs. Depending on the trip you opt for, you’ll target species such as King Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper, Sailfish, Wahoo, Tuna varieties, Great Barracuda, Broomtail Grouper, Porbeagle Shark, Mahi Mahi Gilt-head…the list goes on! These waters are jam-packed with Floridian favorites.
All the necessary fishing equipment is provided by Capt. Abe, including rods, reels, tackle, artificial bait, and a fishing license. If you’re interested in spearfishing, he can provide this gear, too. Bring along some food for the day, a cooler to transport your catch home in, and plenty of energy for your exciting adventure aboard Cop-Out-Charters!
