Jon had booked a 1/2 day bottom fishing on "Gavito" but as the weather was a little inclement at the start we decided to troll towards Funchal, then bottom fish and afterwards troll back to the marina. On the way to the bottom fishing grounds we caught a small Amberjack trolling with a 6" Williamson Dorado Catcher "Luna" colours and this gave the client come pleasure. We then bottom fished and caught Red Snapper, Red Grouper and Thick lipped Bream. Trolling back we caught a couple more amberjacks on the troll. So all in all the day was succdessful and the client was happy and that is all that counts in our minds.
