Captain Vladimir operates a 17-foot Princecraft aluminum fishing boat,originally built in 2012, and restored in 2017. Powered by two 60 HP Mercury engines, with a maximum cruising speed of 45 knots, this boat is a beast on the water.

The vessel is fully equipped with safety and navigational, as well as fish finding gear. It features life jackets, GPS, fishfinder, fly fishing equipment, and spearfishing equipment. Your trip will also include all the fishing gear in the form of rods, reels, tackle, lures, fishing license, snacks, lunch, and a fish cleaning service at the end.

Fun Fishing Canada offers two trip options: the first is a full day of fishing that will see you drive from Winnipeg to the lake, fish for 4-6 hours and drive back. The second option is a drive to the lake, fishing, drive to one of the local lodges such as Ash Rapid’s Lodge, a good night’s rest, followed by one more day of fishing, before finally returning to Winnipeg by Captain Vladimir’s car.
