Went out on the twilight special.  Amazing deal!!!  Captain was great. Went out at 1pm and he filleted fish with us till after dark!!  I was worried about my wife going off shore, So captain stayed local and when the wind died took os to the point.  Went bottom fishing and then he took us striped bass trolling.  Many Captains would not try both, he did !  For not much more than the 2 of us on a party boat we had a private charter and an awesome experience! If you are going fishing in Montauk you are crazy not to take your wife or family out with him!!  Best deal in Montauk!!

Captain Chris was great. I reached out late in the evening and he got back to me right away, we were able to get a last-minute trip scheduled for the next morning. It was the first time on a boat for my 7 and 10yo kids and they loved it. Captain Chris knew just where to go and after a little dry spell we hit some blues and stripers. The kids for a little woozy so we cut it a little short before we tried for some porgy, but Chris was great about it and got us straight back to shore. They bounced right back as soon as we were on land and they loved watching him prepare the fish for us to take across the road and eat. We loved it, 10/10, would do again.

We had a great day fishing with Captain Chris. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the tides, season and methods to catch fish. It ended up being an outgoing tide on our half day trip, nonetheless Captain Chris was still able to pull through with TONS of fish. We caught two 40+ Striped Bass that we unfortunately had to release, as well as a 26 inch Striped bass, 36 inch bluefish and 15+ Porgies. We also caught quite a few Sea Bass but had to throw those back as well. Overall we had an amazing trip with plenty of catches. Chris did a great job filleting all of our fishes at the end of the trip. I would 100% recommend Captain Chris to anyone looking to take a fishing trip out in Montauk.

Captain Chris knows these Montauk waters and which fish are biting where. He listens to your goals for the trip then advises you on what will work best to meet them. He’s all about making it a great day for you out on the water. He’s also incredibly patient and kind. We had a fantastic half day on the water with him and are looking forward to doing it again. Highly recommended for folks from newbies to seasoned anglers.

Capt. Chris was as excited as us being on his boat as we were.  He was friendly, capable, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and dedicated to us having a fulfilling fishing experience.  He was, above all, very generous with his time on the water.  He was not in a rush to go home.  Thank you Capt.
