Capt. Sully Charters strives to make your fishing experience memorable on the waters of Panama City, Florida. Captain Brian Sullivan is an avid fisherman and a great teacher who really enjoys seeing his guests happy. This is what makes him happy, and he always gives his best to making everyone’s trip successful.
Fishing is done aboard a 22’ Cape Horn, which has an extended T-top for extra shade and a capacity for 4 persons. The vessel is powered by a 200 HP Honda engine which makes it fast and stable, with a maximum cruising speed of 35 knots. The onboard GPS and fishfinder will reveal the productive spots, the livewell will hold the bait, and the icebox will keep your catch fresh.
On the nearshore trips, which run up to 9 miles out, you could catch a wide variety of fish – Red Snapper, King Mackerel, Triggerfish, Vermillion Snapper, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, and Grouper. On the inshore trips, a whole other variety of fish is available such as Redfish, Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Black Drum, and Sheepshead.
The captain provides a fishing license for up to 4 people, as well as all Penn rods, reels, and tackle, bait, and a cooler with ice for your beverages. They also offer dolphin tours, where you can see dolphins in their natural habitat as well as snorkel around them.
Capt. Brian says he can also customize your trip any way you want it – a little bit of sightseeing, snorkeling, exploring Shell Island, maybe take a fishing rod or two?!
