Unbelievable experience with Captian Jay and Little B!! Wrestler was weird and we had a slower start to the morning, but their knowledge and experience with their boat and gear selection and all three of us had sore arms and huge smiles from reeling in massive Salmon. I’ve done 2 charters on Lake Ontario before this with other boats, but this was hands down the best experience. Both Jay and Little B were kind, welcoming, and happy to share their knowledge. All we could talk about on the way home is when we can get back out there (and how many times) with these guys. Lots of laughs and packed freezers! Well be back once I get feeling in my arm.

This was our first charter fishing in Lake Ontario. Captain Jay and his partner in crime “Little B” had great communication from the start until end. Their wealth of knowledge and patience to explain to us about the lake, fishing environment around us, depth at which fish reside, lures used and the reasons why they use what they use was amazing! Our 2 boys were entertained and learned a thing or 2 from how to tie fish hooks to how to real fish in when they are hooked. We had 6 bites, reeled 3 fish in, however only was able to land 1 king salmon in the end. However, we know that is how sometimes fishing goes. The tag team was funny, professional and helped us enjoy our morning out. Will highly recommend their charter to anyone looking for a caring, passionate and professional charter.

Captain Jay’s 5-hour AM fishing tour was a pleasant experience, leaving us with both positive impressions and room for improvement. Right from the start, Captain Jay’s friendly and amiable nature made us feel at ease during the trip.

Throughout the tour, Captain Jay demonstrated his expertise by employing various fishing techniques and experimenting with different types of bait. His dedication to ensuring the best chances of success was evident as he changed fishing locations multiple times, exploring diverse depths and fishing grounds.

One aspect that stood out during the tour was the proximity to the marina. While it allowed for easy access and a visible landmark, some might prefer venturing further away for a more secluded fishing experience.

Unfortunately, despite Captain Jay’s efforts, we didn’t catch any fish during the trip. He utilized multiple tricks and bait variations, yet luck was not on our side that day. We understand that luck is an unpredictable factor in fishing and this outcome was beyond his control.

Overall, we had a pleasant time on Captain Jay’s fishing tour. His expertise and personable nature created a positive atmosphere throughout the trip. Although we didn’t have the desired luck with catching fish, we appreciate his dedication to making the experience memorable.

In conclusion, we recommend Captain Jay’s services for those seeking a friendly and knowledgeable fishing guide. While our trip may not have resulted in a bountiful catch, we believe that with better luck, this tour has the potential to be even more enjoyable and rewarding.

The captain and Little B were awesome. They were skilled and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The trip was for someone who had never done this before and a more experienced person. Everyone caught big fish. The trip was amazing and we loved it. I would definitely recommend going with this crew to anyone regardless of experience. They can hold your hand through the whole thing or let you do your own thing. They are really there for you.
