The St.Johns River & Inlet Jetties (mile long granite boulders) where the river goes into the Ocean. ‘‘aka: the Mayport Jetties’’ is where we’ll be heading.

Capt. Dave’s Sport Fishing has been a professional charter captain/guide since 1996. His charter service specializes in inlet and river fishing.

You’ll of course be fishing aboard the 26’ Jettywolf. She’s stable, high sided and the safest, family-friendly, a true charter boat with loads of shade (very important) seating, and with more battle room than any other boat around.

    The St. Johns River Inlet which is the inlet where the river and Ocean meet. YOU WILL BE IN THE OCEAN. Locally referred to as the ''jetties'. Two, over a mile long pyrimid shaped piles of 10 ton granite boulders, form the PROTECTED ''inlet''. This is where you'll fish. And you'll loose all track of time, out there! EVERYONE DOES. Trip is Up To 4 hours. Bring nothing but a plastic bag with any snacks and drinks.

Captain Dave Sipler has been a full-time captain/guide, since 1996. He has been fishing since he was only five years old, since he could hold a rod. Even though he comes from a family of fishermen, with a grandfather who was a die-hard angler, Captain Dave is a first generation captain, mostly self-taught. He specializes in organizing kid-friendly and safe fishing trips, as well as putting his clients on top of trophy Speckled Seatrout, Sheepshead, Black Drum, and giant Redfish.
