Paradise Fly Sport Fishing invites you to the waters of Sarasota for a fishing trip to remember. You can be a skilled fly fisherman or a novice angler looking for a nice time on the water: either way, Capt. Christopher will make sure you learn how to fish and enjoy while on the boat.
Captain Christopher has been fishing the local waters his whole life. He has been running charters full time for two and a half years now, and has welcomed many customers aboard his boat. A fly fishing specialist himself, Capt. Christopher can accommodate anglers who want to try many different techniques. He is one of 6 captains in the area who has been gulf and reef permitted, meaning he can carry passengers past 9 miles.
You will be fishing from a 25’ Robalo with space for up to six anglers to come along. The boat is powered by a 300 HP Yamaha engine and comes equipped with GPS, a fishfinder, a live bait well, and an ice box to store your catch. The boat is also equipped with outriggers to allow for shallow and deep water trolling, if you choose to head offshore.
Trips aboard Paradise Fly Sport Fishing run throughout the year. Cast your line in the mangrove and flats around Sarasota or head up offshore. Inshore waters are home to Snook, Tarpon, Speckled Trout, Redfish, and Sharks. During Tarpon and Snook season (from May to August), you can even try night time trips! On the other hand, fishing offshore is a chance to catch Sailfish, Kingfish, Snapper, Grouper, and much more.
When packing for your trip, you should bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and some food and drinks. The captain will supply water onboard, as well as Gatorade and soda. The captain will catch live bait before the trip, so you’re good to go the moment you hop on. If you’re interested in fishing offshore, you’re encouraged to contact Capt. Christopher ahead of time to see what’s in season.
So, call your fishing buddy and come aboard for some fine fishing out of Sarasota!
