Caption Ivan is very knowledgeable and professional. We had such an amazing experience! He made his best efforts to locate fish even though we have to go further and spent more hours. We appreciate all his endeavors. Definitely recommend to others.

The trip was wonderful. The guide Guy Dale is awesome and is very familiar with the water around the city , as result we had hooked up several fished and went home with some huge crabs. Highly recommended.

Captain Ivan is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly fishing guide. We had an enjoyable fishing trip. One of two crap traps was stolen. It would have been perfect if three crab traps were dropped. We also caught a 12lb ling cod and a few that got away-:)

Great day out with Ivan - he is a knowledgeable and patient fisherman, who really communicates well. The boat is spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The whole family enjoyed our trip, we all caught big fish and succulent prawns - a very pleasant trip indeed. We fished outside of Port Renfrew in some pretty rough seas. Ivan’s boat was great, and while we were catching a lot of fish he managed to keep our rods well baited and in the water all the while minimizing the 10 foot swells. A lot fun and a lot of exciting fish

Must say the best day we have had with a charter. Ivan was a great instructor showing us to set the lines and the hooks. Had some great catches and wished we had more but was good for June. Definitely good for another Charter with Ivan and would highly recommend using Ivan if you want to learn versus someone just giving you a rod to reel in a fish that is already set on the hook.

Guide (Guy Dale) was great! End of the run and still was able to put us on top of three big king salmon. Amazing experience all the way around. Would do it again.

For a small outfit it was an awesome experience and we found it to be a far more personal level of entertainment then expected. Ken was fantastic with great knowledge of his task at hand and made the experience memorable for years to come.

Two chinooks in two hours!!! If it wasn’t because of sea sickness of one member in our party, we could have fished for another two hours and most likely max out on our daily limit. Great guide, great weather and great fishing. Thanks.

My 12 yr old son and I had a great experience with fishing guide/captain Ken on our Pursuit Fishing Charter this weekend. Would highly recommend this charter....it was one of the best we’ve ever been on!!!! We loved the conversation and stories with our guide just as much as we loved catching the three King salmon. We definitely plan on using them again on our next trip to Vancouver!!!

Capt Guy worked hard to put us on the fish but they were just not biting today. Whales were in the vicinity yesterday and that may be the reason why. Capt Guy gave us a free extra hour and we did catch one Coho salmon but it was “wild” and we had to release it. I do very much recommend Pursuit Sport Fishing. Super folks that try very hard to make your trip enjoyable.
