Febrero

Marzo

Farewell winter and hello spring! March kicks off the sportfishing season with large numbers of Yellowtail coming closer to shore. You can also troll for Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, and Skipjack and Albacore Tuna!

Abril

Things really start to heat up offshore in April. Now is the time to pick a charter that will take you to the deep to target Mahi Mahi, Yellowtail, Skipjack, and the occasional Roosterfish.

Mayo

The fishing continues to heat up offshore and more fish are thrown into the mix. Expect Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, Yellowtail, and Tuna in the deep. Closer to shore, you’ll find Corbina, Perch, Seabass, and Calico Bass.

Junio

Offshore fishing will reap lots of great catches in June. Head offshore and go Tuna fishing for Yellowfin and Bluefin or stay within the bay to target White Seabass and Corbina. Your options are endless!

Julio

July is prime time. Tuna fishing is at its peak, as well as Mahi Mahi and Roosterfish. Marlin and Sailfish join in on the fun as well, so pick an offshore charter to take you deep sea fishing and get ready for an adventure!

Agosto

August is a great time to target Striped Marlin as they tend to show up closer to shore. Other key species will include Albacore, Skipjack, Yellowfin, and Bluefin Tuna, so you can catch 'em all.

Target Jack Crevalle in the shallows or head just a bit further and catch Corbina, Seabass, and Roosterfish. Bluewater fishing will see you going after Mahi Mahi, Striped and Blue Marlin, Sailfish, and Tuna.

Octubre

There's no sign of the fishing letting up, with Tuna in abundance offshore Inshore and nearshore trips are great in October as well. Plan a family trip with the kids and catch Croakers, Barred Perch, Corbina, and Seabass.

Noviembre

Offshore season winds to a close, but the bay is brimming with delicious fish. You’ll have the chance to target Corbina, White Seabass, Kelp Bass, and Barracuda, and there's still some Yellowtail further out.

Diciembre

Things may have cooled down offshore but you can still target Yellowtail and the occasional Mahi Mahi. The Barracuda bite is still hot, so hit the San Miguel Reef for a fun day of bottom fishing.

Parking and finding the boat was a little tricky, but they called us and gave us assistance. Caught lots of bonitos, nothing else, maybe just due to time of year. We also went in the afternoon, so not the best time. Fishing Captain was a little slow to respond to emails, but eventually was able to communicate with him and make the changes we needed. They had water and chips for snacks, so remember to bring your own cooler and beer :)

This was our 1st fishing trip together as a family. The captain and crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Even though it was the off season we all caught plenty of fish including red snapper and whitefish. I will definitely use them again on our next trip.

Fishing in November was disappointing, plenty of small fish. But not surprising for this time of year. But the Capt made up’s large plate of shashimi from those small fish, that was hands down the best I’ve ever had.

When we started fishing, the fish started rolling into our boat and being out alone, the crew kept me busy reeling them in nonstop for a couple hours. It was a blast but after a couple hours I was exhausted and said “No Mas” and we slowed up a bit. It was amazing.

Excellent fishing trip. It was a trip for my son and I. Crew members are more than experienced and carefull for clients. Captain knew every spots. We troll and caugh over 12 big fishes besides the great variety of bottom fish. Great experience for my son's first trolling trip. Guero was fast and did everything for us. Excellent communication. Alex and his crew were wonderful! The boat is designed for fishing (not luxury), suitable bathroom and an area to get out of sun. He provided water, chips and coffee. We fished 8 hrs and we caught 35+ fish of all types. Would definitely go again!

The boat was perfect size for the six of us for 15+ hours. Left at 1am and slept till day break. First fish on about 30min after. Trolling the open ocean broke up the day perfectly catching pretty regularly while we were searching for kelp patties and to a rock fish spot. Caught about 8-10 dorado 6 blue fin 6-8 rock fish. We plan on booking again. Thanks to the crew for an enjoyable trip

The captain was extremely knowledgeable of the fish catching. Him and his crew were extremely helpful and friendly. We caught about 70 barracuda fish , and 7 red snappers. Highly recommend booking with these guys.

We had a great time! Our group included 2 seniors, 2 adults, and 2 children (ages 8 and 10). The kids caught so many barracuda, and other fish, that we lost count. I would definitely recommend!
