Prepare well before the trip, probably by limiting your meal before the trip and take some pills to combat the motion sickness. Once we got out the fishing was fun, easy and relaxing with a beautiful view of the San Francisco Skyline. We went to celebrate our birthdays and wanted to catch our first halibut that we could eat in the same day. Captain David helped us find parking and taught us so much about fishing in general too as we are new to fishing in the last year. They were super friendly and we had the greatest time. Captain Craig provided an absolutely unbelievable experience, for my wife and I! He made every effort to fulfill our preferences, and locate some sharks. We both caught large leopard sharks. I caught a 60 lb bat ray. Lost a huge shark which dove under the boat. Craig is very personable and attends to your every need. Go with THE pro and go with Argo fishing charter.

Captain David and Bradley were both awesome. We originally set out for salmon, but since it was the end of the season, didn't have much luck. We moved to rockfish in the afternoon and quickly caught our fill before going back for salmon and getting several bits. We had a great experience with them and plan on coming back with them again next year!

First fishing experience and it was wonderful!! Captain Ron and Hunter were both very knowledgeable and skilled!! They knew where all the good spots were and they helped us first timers every step of the way. My whole family enjoyed the trip. We caught 10+ striped bass and 1 rock fish. Might end up doing a whole day trip next time to try our luck with salmon. Definitely recommend and will do again with other friends and family!

We went to celebrate our birthdays and wanted to catch our first halibut that we could eat in the same day. Captain David helped us find parking and taught us so much about fishing in general too as we are new to fishing in the last year. They were super friendly and we had the greatest time. It was memorable for our double birthdays! I definitley plan on doing another trip with Captain David for sure!

Can't say enough good things about Captain Justin. We booked a full day trip to the islands and limit out on rockfish as well as a few good size lingcods for 6 anglers.
If you're considering hiring a private charter with a guide who is knowledgable and professional this is the charter for you. He WILL put you on fish!

Captain Craig provided an absolutely unbelievable experience, for my wife and I! He made every effort to fulfill our preferences, and locate some sharks. We both caught large leopard sharks. I caught a 60 lb bat ray. Lost a huge shark which dove under the boat. Craig is very personable and attends to your every need. Go with THE pro and go with Argo fishing charter.

Had a great day out! Ended up landing some great Halibut! Captain Steve and the deck hand made the trip! Other boats were struggling but we almost limited out! Can't wait to head back out for another adventure. Highly recommend booking a trip

My husband and daughter went on a Sunday afternoon trip and they had the time of their life. The captain and crew were very knowledgeable and friendly and made every attempt to help them catch the most fish. Also not only did this company give them a great fishing experience but also gave them a tour of the bay. I highly recommend SF Boat Company for your fishing or water activities.

Captain Ron and Hunter were fabulous! We were a low key, first time charter group. Ron made everything enjoyable. Hunter was on top of everything for us. Captain David and Bradley were both awesome. We originally set out for salmon, but since it was the end of the season, didn't have much luck. We moved to rockfish in the afternoon and quickly caught our fill before going back for salmon and getting several bits. We had a great experience with them and plan on coming back with them again next year!

First fishing experience and it was wonderful!! Captain Ron and Hunter were both very knowledgeable and skilled!! They knew where all the good spots were and they helped us first timers every step of the way. My whole family enjoyed the trip. We caught 10+ striped bass and 1 rock fish. Might end up doing a whole day trip next time to try our luck with salmon. Definitely recommend and will do again with other friends and family!
