What a great day this was! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why to the two young men I had with me. He even tried to make sure their catches were “equal” with the number they caught, and moved us around until we found some that were biting. It was a slow day in bay, but he made it happen. Highly recommend Captain Andrew!!

Listen ….Andrew was amazing….he took us out and taught us amazing fishing in the Saginaw Bay …..we exceded our limit of Walleye and had to throw some back. We endured a pounding rain storm…..it was so worth it….Andrew cleaned and filleted our loot….no extra charge! We will be coming back.

We planned a chartered fishing trip for my son’s birthday. It was in late August and Andrew told us that the walleyes are tapering off but we should still catch some. We did catch some and had a good time while out there. We’ll be booking another outing in the spring when fishing is in its peak. Really looking forward to it.

We are salt water people and this was a great fresh water learning experience. Captain Andrew put us on the walleye right away. We caught more fish on this chater than any other we've been on. We had a FANTASTIC day! We highly recommend Northstar Fighing.

Andrew and Gary were wonderful in teaching us to use the sonar and tip-ups. Due to it being early in the ice fishing season Andrew took us to a different location that was actually frozen. The pop-up tent was useful and heater was a nice source to stay warm. We got lucky with a calm day so didn't use the tent as much. But we caught fish and learned a lot. Great time had by all.
