Johnny and the fishing trip were both exceptional. Fishing was great and the captain was an extraordinary host on the boat. We had our youngest son who hasn't fished much for the big ones on this trip and Johnny took special care in teaching him the ropes of salmon and sturgeon fishing while we fished. We all definitely appreciated all Johnny's efforts and a big shout out from Lance saying thank you! Definitely will be going again!

Fantastic day out with a top guide. John Waring is brilliant at what he does. We caught salmon then landed 5 of 6 sturgeon up to 220lb. A bucket list ambition well and truly completed. My wife a complete novice also caught one with John’s guidance.

My wife and I had an excellent day of fishing with Johnnys sport fishing. John was very supportive and informative and knew where all the best spots were for salmon and especially BIG STURGEON! John was a spectacular guide! He is very knowledgeable and provided a lot of really cool information on sturgeon. He cares so much about getting the client fish and it shows. Absolutely the best fishing charter I have ever been on.

Johnny was a fun guy to be around, good convo and very knowledgeable about his fishery. Had a short day, started slow but persistently got dialed and had a banner last hour or so with a lot of action. Definitely recommend.
