Red Snapper is the top priority for most anglers fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. The legendary season is open in June and July. The central area around Orlando is famous for its numerous lakes and ponds. Start the year by catching some huge Largemouth Bass in Lake Toho! There’s lots of Crappie and Smallmouth Bass as well, to make the trip even more interesting.

Febrero

Inshore fishing is great in February, especially if you go after Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Flounder. These are all great targets for beginners.

Marzo

In March, nearshore trips get increasingly better. Target Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, and Cobia on the east coast.

Abril

If you’re in the Gulf, take a full day trip and head out offshore for Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, and Wahoo. An extended trip could also bring you Tuna!

Mayo

Visit the flats for the Silver King – Tarpon! This magnificent fish puts up a great fight and it’s not easy to catch one.

Junio

Red Snapper season is on, so make sure to book your spot on time! Or take this opportunity to go after Marlin and Mahi Mahi while everyone’s after Snapper.

Julio

The season for Red Snapper is almost over, so better hurry up! If you’re up for something more relaxing, stay inshore for Redfish and Flounder.

Agosto

August is the perfect time to go far offshore and target Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna, and other big game species.

Have you ever tried fly fishing? Catch Permit in the shallow water using this technique. You need to be patient and precise.

Catfish, Crappie, and Largemouth Bass are great targets if you want to take a freshwater trip. Visit one of the lakes around Orlando and you can’t go wrong.

If you fish in January bring a wide range of clothes. It was in the 70s and dry on Saturday, then cold and rainy on Sunday. Also, if your Captain says you should buy extra bait, listen to them. If we hadn't bought extra, we may have ran out before we got to one of our best spots of the day.

We would also highly recommend Harry's Old Place restaurant located on the West side of Ned Lake. A day trip to the Bok Tower Garden in Lake Wales is a must see wonder of the World and lunch at their Blue Palmetto Cafe was A+

My son and I got to go fishing Tyler last Friday and we had a heck of a time ! We caught 30 bass in only 2.5 hours . These guys know where to go and how to catch fish. It was super hot and right in the middle of the day so we thought it would be a little slow but it was far from slow . I would definitely go again if we get back down to Florida . Steven was very patient and knew some good spots. He showed everyone recommendations for hooking up the Bai. He didn't rush anything. He just let people fish and enjoy themselves. We never got skunked. For only 3 hours we did pretty darn good. Kids loved it.

Captain Jeshua was a knowledgeable, safety conscious fishing guide. Because of sickness in our family, we had to change days. We did our first trip back in October 2023 and it was so much fun when we returned to Kissimmee in April 2024 the first think we did was to book our 2nd trip with AJ. As before the captain explained the techniques and kept us baited up with Shinners so we were never out of the water for long. He netted all our fish for us (22 in total) including 2 Catfish for my son. As I said before we can't recommend AJ enough we will be booking our 3rd trip with him when we return to Florida.
