Jack Crevalle, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Mangrove Snapper are all in the cards as well.

February

If you’re looking for a winter fishing adventure in San Antonio Bay, prepare for a fight. Sheepshead are biting, along with Redfish and Speckled Trout.

March

With spring slowly coming to the bay, March is a great time to head out in search of big Redfish and Speckled Trout. The Flounder bite is good too.

April

In April, the best species to go after are Black Drum. Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, and Flounder are also biting hot.

May

This is when you’ll get the chance to go after prized Tarpon. Spanish Mackerel is still biting as well, along with Redfish and Trout.

June

With summer on the doorstep, you’ll find the fishing tends to heat up! Go after the Texas Trio – catch the biggest Redfish, Flounder, and Trout.

July

The fishing season is in full swing, and San Antonio Bay is brimming with fish. Flounder, Redfish, Trout, and Black Drum are all in the cards.

August

August is the warmest month in the bay, and it’s an excellent time to go after species like Tarpon, Redfish, and Speckled Trout.

September

With the coming of fall, you’ll have a great time on the water. You’ll be able to reel in fish like Redfish and Tarpon, but also Speckled Trout and Flounder.
