Great trip. Captain communicated well beforehand and was prepared and ready to go morning of. Put us on fish species we requested and made sure we caught plenty. Friendly and professional and did a great job of piloting the boat to make sure we didn’t get bounced around and safely navigated with other boats. Boat was clean, well kept with modern equipment. Captain was attentive, knowledgeable and patient while fishing. We had a great experience with Big Daddy

This trip was absolutely amazing!  Let me start by saying that we were told by many folks to save our money and do something else, with it being a red tide, so we were a little worried in receiving this advice.  I’m glad we stuck with our guts, as we caught so many fish, and our two sons (one turned 8 the day of the trip, the other is 3), had an absolute blast catching fish.  Jim was great, very fun personality, and worked great with the boys.  Our 8 year old was insistent that we take him fishing again when we get back home.  I think it speaks volumes about the trip and Captain Jim when a child’s experience is so rich that he is left with the desire to do it again, soon!  I would recommend Big Daddy’s and more importantly, Captain Jim, to anyone looking for a wonderful trip with family, friends, and loved ones,  a trip that renders nothing less than awe at a beautiful creation, created by the word of God.

I scheduled the fishing trip for my son’s 16th Birthday. He, nor my daughter, have been fishing before. Capt. Pollard made the kids feel comfortable and helped catch their first fish. I caught a bird. Mom was able to get some good pictures. We all had a good time!

We’ve been out with Captain Pollard many times. Every time is fun and exciting even if the fish are slow (red tide!!). He is an exceptional Captain and ALWAYS puts us on the fish!  We will be back again soon!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water. Capt Jim knows how to find fish and didn’t stop looking all day. It was a beautiful April day and we hooked up on a ton of Snook. We even had a double hook up. Thanks again Captain - we hope you had a great day with the veterans as well! We will be back on the Big Daddy next time we are all in town! Cheers.
