Cool water temps have amped up the bite with a wide variety of species coming aboard this week, pictured is Wednesday's haul which included 3 nice redfish, spotted seatrout, yellowmouth trout, flounder, bluefish and a surprise pompano! Recent catches have included sheepshead and black drum as well. The weather and tides are perfect for some great morning fishing this weekend and the bite will stay hot through Thanksgiving weekend. We still have some BIG bull redfish cruising the banks of the St Johns river. Pictured Asher, Easton and Haden White with their dad Brian. The boys each landed their biggest fish ever. After scoring on the bull reds we moved to shallower water and lighter tackle to land another 15 redfish from 15 to 23" along with a couple of nice flounder. Other trips this past week saw nice trout and sheepshead come aboard. Fall and winter action can be phenomenal in NE Florida!

The redfish are biting and the weather is cooling, great time to get out on NE Florida's waters. Great mix of redfish and flounder aggressively taking baits for anglers of all ages and skill levels, Let's go fishing!

Fall in NE Florida means Bull redfish! The action has been great in the St Johns river with multiple 20-40lb fish days common. Flounder and slot size redfish action has been good as well.

Big redfish are schooled up in the St Johns river and offer the opportunity for the catch of a lifetime. September and October are prime time for these huge fish that swarm NE Florida to spawn.

The next 2 months in NE Florida offer an exceptional variety of fishing opportunities, shallow water fishing for redfish and flounder, deeper inshore waters are welcoming our fall run of bull redfish up to the 50lb range and tarpon are feeding actively, both inshore for smaller fish on light tackle and at the jetties and along the beach for larger fish over 100lbs. Flood tide fishing on our grass flats will begin in late September and offer fly-fisherman great fun stalking and sight fishing redfish.
