Taking them out to fish regularly, people quickly saw how good he was at teaching and guiding, and advised him to start doing it professionally. He took it up as a full-time job and has been successful in growing his business to where it is today. He still loves introducing people to the sport of fishing and seeing their excitement as they reel in their first fish of many.

- I prefer pan-fishing, but I understand everyone wants to catch bass. I enjoy catching bass, walleye, and northern from time to time. Technique changes with the seasons.
