Caleb was our guide for a two day trip my Boys and I took to the Portland are rivers. The first day we were fishing for Steele Head Trout on the Clackamas River. We tried pretty hard to get some but no dice, got a few big bites but they got off the line. Caleb even spent a couple more hours on the river with us trying out more spots past our time limit. He was definitely determined to put us on the fish. The second day we moved over to the Willhamete River to fish for Salmon and my son Reeled in a big one with the biggest smile on his face.  Caleb was awesome, he really knew his stuff and was honest on our prospects of hauling in some fish during this time of year. We weren’t deterred and he got us on some. Great part about fishing this area is how you have so many different species you can target in such a close proximity with different rivers and types of flow. I would definitely recommend Caleb for any one looking to catch some fish anytime. I’ll be heading back again at some point myself.

Caleb and Kyle were awesome (two drift boats!) We had such a great time! Grandson (8 yrs old) learning to fish (he caught one with help), adults learning techniques, possible in laws…with bonding time, caught Steelhead too! Caleb was very aware of the weather conditions as the weather was questionable up to the day and we caught a perfect window! Would recommend Caleb all day long! Thank you for your knowledge and a great experience.

It was our first time on a guided trip, and it was an experience that we will always remember. Captain Caleb took us out on the Columbia to target Chinook and Steelhead. The river was amazing in the early morning and conditions were perfect. Captain Caleb answered all questions we had about the boat, the rigs we were fishing with, and the method we used to target the fish. We had great conversations while on the river and enjoyed our time while on the guided trip. My dad was able to hook a Chinook Jack that we got to keep and take home, and Captain Caleb even filleted it for us. Captain thank you for an amazing trip and experience, can’t wait to fish the Cowlitz with you one day!

Just a fantastic time. Very knowledgeable, knows what he’s doing, very professional and kind. His equipment was wonderful. All of it was working and his boat was outstanding no problems at all. We had a lovely day out on the water with Captain Caleb.  He was very communicative about the day - the necessary licenses, where to meet.  Once aboard the boat, he was very attentive.  He worked really hard to find us some fish!  Despite not catching anything, we did have a really good time.  We do recommend!
