We had a great day out with Sigatoka fishing charters. We were collected on time and because we were staying at the Shangri La Yanuca Island it was a 5 minute trip to the pick up point. Then because we are right in the reed we were trawling in within 10mins. Bob and Georgie are locals and fish the waters all the time so they really new what they were doing. We trawled for a couple of hours and caught two nice Spanish Mackerels. We then did some bottom bashing and caught a nice coral trout as well as some other fish. Along the way we saw dolphins and sea turtles. It was a great day out and Bob and Georgie were fantastic fun guys. High recommend them.

Crew tried hard to get me on a game fish but not our day. Ended up with a tuna for dinner so not all bad!

Georgie and captain were great yesterday. We really had a great time trawling and bait fishing the reef. The weather wasn’t the best with wind picking up and rain near but the crew put us onto a double hookup of GTs and also caught a range of fish bait fishing. Vinaka from Wayne and Brooke

Today we did a 5 hour trip with the crew.
We arrived late but it was no problem and we headed off straight away.
First impressions were the boat was very stable and felt safe the whole time.
Shakeel and Georgie worked consistently hard to put us onto the fish, always looking and trying for the best option. We did some trolling at first with no luck then did some bottom bashing and caught a few coral trout.
Very knowledgeable crew with good communication about what the plan was and giving us the option of what we wanted to do.
On the way back we were trolling again and that’s when the real excitement started, we hooked up 4 at once and managed to reel in one big tuna. Once again Shakeel and Georgie put in the hard yards to get the fish in the boat.

Joji and Mohammad really looked after us.  We had a great day.  We had been on several charters trying to get a tuna with no luck.  The boys from Sigatoka knew this was our last chance and tried everything, including staying out longer than we had booked.  And it payed off as we caught a tuna in the sixth hour.  We had great fun and would recommend this team strongly.
