We booked the 5 hour trolling am tour and we caught a 100 pound sailfish, saw another sailfish and a mahi mahi attacked our lures but didn’t get hooked. The bite slowed down while trolling and the captain asked if we would like to go bottom fishing for the remainder of our tour to keep us on the fish. We caught 14 fish while bottom fishing and they filet the yellow grouper for me and gave me a local restaurant right by where the boat was that cooked it for me for around $20. The crew were friendly and were just as excited when I caught a fish as I was, great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to go fishing.

We booked the half day am excursion for our daughters 20th birthday (she loves to fish and this was a bucket list item)! We had 2 sailfish on the lines but they both got away :( we ended up catching 2 small tuna so the trip wasn’t a total bust. Bummer to not reel in anything big but that’s the luck of the draw sometimes. Both captain Carlos and mate Carlos were excellent and would highly recommend the tour. Plenty of water, soda and beer and the best pineapple we’ve ever had! We played music and had a great morning out on the water.

Fishing was slow but Carlos was really pushing to find the fish. We decided it just was one of those days and packed it up to leave. 3-4 miles offshore the captain, Carlos as well, spotted one Mahi chasing some bait. Immediately Carlos re-rigged 2-3 or rods, and Wham!! The Mahi took it and we landed it.  What an amazing end to a great day from these guys. Class act this out fit, and we will return for a full day trip one day. Thanks Carlos y Carlos!!

We fished with Captain Carlos and 1st Mate Charlie on Saturday February 3rd.
The entire experience was extremely easy and of the highest quality from the pre trip communication to the food served on board. They had a cooler full of cold drinks (beer, soda, water, tea) fresh fruit and tasty sandwiches for our enjoyment. We caught 3 sailfish and a tuna (full day trip). Charlie the 1st mate took great care of us and was an expert at his job.  Wonderful personality.

Fished with Capt. Carlos and deckhand Luis. They reached out before hand to ask what beverages and fish we would like to target. They were ready the second we stepped on board. We wanted sailfish and that’s what we got. Had multiple bites and landed 3 beautiful Pacific Sails and a Bonita. I can’t say enough about Luis. Fun, kind and a blast to fish with. He speaks really good English and we truly enjoyed our conversations with him. They had breakfast and lunch sandwiches, fresh pineapple and watermelon, multiple beer choices, sodas and waters. He recommended eating at CoCos for the best seafood in town and it was perfect. Great atmosphere located right on the beach and amazing food. It was a great day.
