My wife and I had a great time. Was so much fun, my wife went from just wanting to sunbathe to catching huge fish. It was a lot of fun.

Scott kept us busy all day catching several species. Had to stay inshore due to waves/wind and was well worth it. Put us on fish in different spots around the bay.

We had great time on the water. Scott did a great job trying to get us on some fish. We look forward to booking with Scott for a trip next year.

Our captain was very knowledgeable and was patient with some of the members of our party who had little fishing experience.  He took us to a spot where we hooked up on a bunch of keeper Spanish Mackerel and caught some Gag, Red Snapper, Black Grouper and a Toad fish.  The Sheephead bite was tough but we hit up another spot where we hooked up on Crevalle Jacks, Snook, Ladyfish, Flounder and Hardhead catfish.  We enjoyed the multi-species and our captian was nice to filet us the keepers for dinner.  I highly recommend this charter and look forward to another trip when I’m back in the area.

Captain Scott was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave it his best to take my brother in law and myself to his best spots. We caught numerous red and gag grouper, although just undersized to keep, some jumbo mangrove snapper, and grunts. He placed us on numerous ledges and other structure, mainly in 40-55 feet of water, up to 12 miles out. As a scuba diver, he frequently checks out his spots whenever he can from beneath the surface. He was fully stocked with a variety of live and frozen bait, and the proper tackle to fish them. At one spot, I hooked two very large fish in a row, unfortunately losing them. I still wonder what they were. Nevertheless, it was exciting. At the end of the day we tried for a Goliath grouper. It was very hot and at the tail end of our six hours. Captain Scott wanted to stay out even longer and was eager to keep us fishing past our allotted time. We decided to go in, although he was willing to fish some more. When we arrived back at the dock, we spoke with another veteran captain. He hadn’t caught a single fish. It was definitely an off day, but Captain Scott was still able and experienced enough to get us on some fish. The rates were extremely reasonable, and Captain Scott knows these waters well.
