The crew was cool they talked to us and explained som thing and answered questions.  The thing is we went out it was decently choppy we used top water wait the whole time until we got close to the shore and they rigged up one down rig   And the other three stayed on top.  We didn’t catch a thing. Had a bite on the down rig. But it was a miss.  Afterwards we were told by an experienced ocean fisherman that during rougher water you don’t use top water bait because the fish simply aren’t at surface my point is that more than one technique should have been tried especially for the rate we paid. At half of a days fishing.  I understand there is no guarantee but I feel more could have been done

People were great, but They did not put us on the boat we booked and did not have the captain that was listed to take us. Diesel fumes from the boat were horrible. Seas were rough and we didn’t have one bite, but I know that is not the crews fault. I’m sure on a good day we would have caught fish.

Great guys. No fish.
